Timothy Kopecny

Timothy is an experienced investments professional with a background in commercial real estate investing, banking and M&A. He has worked on over A$4.5 billion worth of transactions across a broad range of sectors including logistics, retail, multi-family, office, student accommodation, and retirement living. He has worked on major transactions in Australia, the UK, Germany, and France.

Timothy most recently served as an Associate Director at Oxford Properties Group, a leading Canadian investor managing over C$80 billion of real estate assets across 4 continents. Timothy also previously held real estate investment roles at AMP Capital and Aveo Group.

Raphael Sebban

Raphael has worked in an investments, corporate advisory and brokerage capacity on over A$3.5 billion worth of Australian commercial real estate transactions, covering all major real estate sectors and various transaction structures.

Raphael most recently worked as an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets business, and previously held roles within JLL’s Equity Advisory team, AMP Capital’s Real Estate Funds Management business and Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking team.
