Timothy is an experienced investments professional with a background in commercial real estate investing, banking and M&A. He has worked on over A$4.5 billion worth of transactions across a broad range of sectors including logistics, retail, multi-family, office, student accommodation, and retirement living. He has worked on major transactions in Australia, the UK, Germany, and France.
Prior to Acreage Capital, Timothy worked as an Associate Director at Oxford Properties Group, a leading Canadian investor managing over C$80 billion of real estate assets across 4 continents. Timothy also previously held real estate investment roles at AMP Capital and Aveo Group.
Timothy Kopecny
Raphael has worked in an investments, corporate advisory and brokerage capacity on over A$3.5 billion worth of Australian commercial real estate transactions, covering all major real estate sectors and various transaction structures.
Prior to Acreage Capital, Raphael worked as an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets business, and previously held advisory and investment roles within JLL’s Equity Advisory team, AMP Capital’s Real Estate Funds Management business and Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking team.
Raphael Sebban
Alec’s almost twenty-year career spans some of the largest commercial real estate firms in Australia and London, and most recently as Head of Australia for Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of Canadian pension fund OMERS (one of the "Maple 8").
Alec joined Oxford Properties in 2018 at the inception of its Sydney office, playing a key role in the group's first major regional investment, an AUD$4.5B office portfolio take-private. He then led the establishment of Oxford's Australian business, executing in excess of AUD$11B of gross transaction and development activity while maintaining the core operating portfolios.
Alec delivers experience as a principal investor, asset manager and developer across direct acquisitions, structured joint ventures and platform execution, spanning industrial, retail, office and Build to Rent.
